- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price Modification to Contract N00019-05-C-0078 for approximately 105 USQ-113(V)4 Radio Counter Measure sets upgrade kits and associated spares. This procurement is the final buy-out of these units. The Government does not own a Technical Data Package suitable for a full and open competition of this requirement. The Navy intends to issue a contract modification on a sole source basis to BAE Systems of Nashua, NH. This synopsis is for informational purposes and is not a request for proposals. See numbered Note 22.
