- The Government intends to issue a sole source cost plus fixed fee contract to Logistics Management Institute (LMI) Corporation, McLean, VA, for Engineering, Logistics, Environmental Management Assistance, and Professional and Technical Support Servic e to include services related to Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC). LMI has been exclusively performing these services under the current contract DATM01-03-F-0036. ATEC requires continued provision for these services during the life of the follow-on c ontract, base year and four one-year options. An award to any other sources other than LMI would result in substantial duplication of costs to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition. The requirement is to provide analysis a nd recommendations for the efficient flow of ATEC requires and continual provisions for these services during the life of the contract. Specific requirements are for input and output data, policy development, government practices, laws and team based techn ical support. The NAICS code is 541611 with size standard of $6.5 million. All responsible sources may identify interest and capability by responding to this requirement or submit a proposal; however only proposals received within 45 days of the date of t his publication shall be considered. Each response received will be used at the sole discretion of the Government to determine whether or not to compete the requirement. All respondents must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), and have a valid DUNS number, Cage Code, and Tax Identification Number.
