NOTE 2: There will be a pre-proposal conference for this solicitation held on January 30, 2007 at the Mobile District office (address as shown below): U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS 109 ST. JOSEPH STREET 2ND FLOOR CONFERENCE ROOM (ROOM 2023) MOBILE, AL 36602 All interested proposers are urged to attend.
