- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District, has a requirement for the supply of liquid oxygen for the Richard B. Russell Dam and Lake to meet the 2007 calendar year requirements. Prospective contractors must be capable of supplying approxim ately 3,700 tons of liquid oxygen. The period of the delivery for calendar year 2007 is estimated to being 1 June 2007 through 15 November 2007. The daily liquid oxygen requirement will gradually increase from approximately fifteen (15) tons/day in early spring to a maximum of approximately one hundred (100) tons/day in late summer or early fall. During the peak demand, periodic daily around the clock deliveries, seven (7) days per week will be required.? The storage facilities consist of two (2) twent y thousand (20,000) gallon storage tanks. This is an Unrestricted procurement. All responsible businesses may submit a quote, which if timely received, shall be considered. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 325120. The s mall business size standard is 1,000 employees. This solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and will be available on or about 06 Feb 2007.
