- The US Army Communications Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (C-E LCMC), Acquisition Center-Washington proposes to issue a Time and Materials sole source modification in accordance with 10.U.S.C. 2304(c) (1), Authority for Other Than Full and Open Competition and FAR 6.302-1, One Responsible Source basis against an existing contract Number W909MY-06-C-0020 with ManTech Telecommunications & Info System, 14119-A Sullyfield Circle, Chantilly, Virginia. The modification will extend the current pe riod of performance for 12 months for the contractor to continue Logistics Support on fielding of intelligence systems. For the purpose of evaluation, Solicitation number W909MY-07-R-Z115 has been assigned. The Contractor will continue to integrate, test, train, field, warehouse, and assist as directed in maintaining hardware and software to support the issuance of the following Systems: the Block I All Source (AS); Block I Single Source (SS); the All Sourc e Analysis System (ASAS) Remote Workstation (RWS); ASAS Light (ASAS-L); Communications Control Set (CCS); Analysis Control Team - Enclave (ACT-E); Integrated Meteorological System (IMETS); the Analysis and Control Element (ACE) and the Distributed Common Ground System Army (DCGS-A). The bulk of the integration, testing, training, fielding and warehousing will be performed at Product Director Intelligence Fusions field office located at Fort Hood, Texas; however, the contractor is also responsible for performance of these duties in various locations both CONUS and OCONUS to include Korea, Germany, Afghanistan and Iraq as required. These activities encompass all efforts necessary to accomplish the system integration and test using components from the ve ndor, operational checkout of the GFE software, and finally transfer of property book responsibility for the specified systems to the receiving unit. No formal solicitation will be issued. All responsible sources may submit a written proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
