These basic maid services are meant to sustain a certain level of cleanliness and should include such services as changing of linens, laundering soiled linens and other items that might be part of furnishings package, dusting and v acuuming, sweeping and mopping, general kitchen and bathroom cleaning, running dishwasher. It is up to you to submit the particulars of the maid service you are proposing, to include what is excluded, with your package.
