- Furnish all labor, materials and equipment to construct a Pre-Engineered Metal Building with brick exterior for use as a classroom facility for the Warrant Officer Career Center in the 6000 block of Andrews Avenue, Fort Rucker, Alabama. Contract dur ation is 285 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. The solicitation will be issued via internet on/about 27 February 2007 with bid opening on/about 4 April 2007. Firm Fixed Price contract. Start work 10 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. The statu tory cost limitation applicable to this project is $750,000. The estimated cost of proposed acquisition is between $500,000 and $750,000. The NAICS Code is 236210. Small Business size is $28.5 million. This solicitation is issued under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstraction Progran on an unrestricted basis. No Government Furnished Property is included in this project.
