- The U.S. Army contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Meso Scale Diagnostics, LLC, 9238 Gaither Road, Gaithersburg MD 20877-1420. The contractor shal l provide a Sector Imager 2400. This is a proprietary item. This is a specaial reader that applies an electric field to the bottom of a 96 well plate. No other company makes consumables for the machine in place at USAMRICD research devision. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334516 and the size standard is 500 employees. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be receiv ed no later than 12:00 noon, Eastern Standard Time, January 26th, 2007. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers.
