- This is a synopsis for a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures (Reference FAR Parts 12 and 13). THIS IS A SYNOPSIS AS REQUIRED BY FAR PART 5.2. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. VENDORS SHOULD NOT SUBMIT FORMAL QUOTES/PROPOSALS UNTIL THE RFP IS POSTED TO THIS WEBSITE. 45 CONS/LGCB has a requirement for TerraDyne Electric Grounding System, Horizontal, Alltec Corporation Model TG-10L or equal (to include any and all shipping and handling costs); quantity is for twenty-six (26) each. The requested delivery is approximately thirty (30) days after receipt of an order to FY9255 American Consulate in Chiang MAI Thailand. The government intends to make a single award to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. This proposed procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. Solicitation No. FA2521-07-T-0083 is issued as a Request for Proposal. It is advertised with a Standard Industrial Code (SIC) of 3643, business size of 500 employees and a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 335931. GSA Schedule holders for this item/service are encouraged to provide us with their GSA Schedule number. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.
