- This acquisition is to provide specialized engineering services in support of the AN/USM-670 Joint Service Combat System Tester (JSECST). The JSECST consists of the Core Test Set (CTS) system, Test Program Set (TPS), TPS Antenna Coupler Sets (ACS), and Test Program Interface Hardware (TPIH) and, for purposes of this effort, the Software Development Station (SDS). The primary purpose of this effort is to meet the requirements for engineering support of the JSECST program during System Under Test (SUT) TPS software sustainment efforts. This includes analysis, problem investigation, problem resolution, regression, validation, and integration testing. The secondary purpose is to support government engineering efforts during the CTS software updates with the emphasis of this secondary effort being to assist in the resolution of SUT TPS software interaction conflicts. The engineering services provided by the contractor will be primarily accomplished at Robins AFB, GA, with some work accomplished at other locations as needed. Period of performance will be 12 months. Solicitation will be issued sole source to Integral Business Solutions, Roseville, MN, or AAI Corp, Hunt Valley, MD. Authority: 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Justification: Supplies or services required are available from only one responsible source or limited number of sources and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
