The Government will neither award a contract solely on the basis of this notice, nor pay for any information that is submitted by respondents to the Sources Sought request. This Sources Sought Synopsis is in support of a market survey being conducted by the United States Air Force to determine potential sources capable of fulfilling a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement for providing Mobile Communications Network Upgrade Requirement to purchase one (1) base station/secondary switch and 79 intrinsically safe radios outlined in Systems Requirements Document (SRD).
