- Description
- The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract for follow-on software upgrades to existing CerTest E-Exam software developed originally by PowerTrain for the Air Force Civil Engineering Support Agency and modified for the Air Force Institute for Advanced Distributed Learning at Maxwell AFB-Gunter Annex, AL. This is anticipated to be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are other businesses which can provide these specified services, they must respond to this notice before 1600 hours Central Standard Time on 30 Jan 2007. If no responses are received by the above date, a sole source contract with PowerTrain, Inc. will be pursued.
