- The James A. Haley Department of VAMC, (90C), Tampa, Florida, anticipates awarding multiple firm fixed-price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for each of the following disciplines; Architectural, Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, Environmental open-ended, Architect and Engineering services. _ For Orlando: One (1) firm fixed-price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for each discipline. _ For Tampa: Two to three (2-3) firm fixed-price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for each discipline. Requirement/services include but are not limited to preparation of design development drawings, construction documents, project specifications, cost estimates, as well as construction period services. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541330, size standard $4.5 million; ESB is half.
