- This Paint BPA has been cancelled Paint BPA: Sole source The Office of Administration, Department of Veterans Affairs, 810 Vermont Avenue NW, Washington, D.C 20420, intends to negotiate a Sole Source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with EPI Construction, 3209 Hewitt Street, Falls Church, VA 22042. The proposed agreement is to provide labor and materials to perform minor painting projects at VACO, Lafayette, 1575 and 1722 eye street Buildings, NW Washington, D.C. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). All FAR provisions and clauses may be reviewed and/or obtained from the General Service Internet address:     http//www.arnet.gov/far. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. A determination not to compete this proposed contract, based upon responses received, will be made entirely at the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Please submit information to Maina Gakure, Contracting Officer, Department of Veteran Affairs (033C1), 810 Vermont Avenue NW, Washington, D.C 20420. Offeror must complete and return all information designated in FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offers - Commercial Items.  All responses must be received no later than Thursday, January 25, 2007 at 12:00pm EST. Telephone and internet responses will not be accepted.  The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 238320 (Painting and Wall covering Contractors); and the estimated cost of this BPA is $ 37,500.
