- Sources Sought No. VA-672-07-RI-0020 for Valet Parking Services for Veterans at VA Caribbean Healthcare System, San Juan, Puerto Rico. Sources Sought: This sources sought had been extended from the original respond due date January 18, 2007 to January 31, 2007. The purpose of this sources sought is to develop Bidders Mailing List (BML) for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) from U.S. main land and U.S. territories prior to determine method of procurement. All certified SDVOSB firms will have an opportunity to provide their company information to be considered in the BML. The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS), San Juan, Puerto Rico is seeking for a SDVOSB available to provide necessary labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies to render complete Valet Parking Services under applicable NAICS number 812930. The VACHS, Procurement Business Division (PBD) requests that all interested SDVOSB firms shall provide their company profile and other applicable information as follows: (All documentation shall be in English), the Offeror shall describe pertinent contracts, three or more, of a similar nature listed in descending order of most recent, including name of account, address, contract term, a verifiable point of contact including current telephone number, brief description of work performed, problems encountered and solutions for similar services offered to any Federal Agencies, Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Agencies or Private Companies. Upon market survey validation and proper procurement approval, the Contracting Officer may be advertising this procurement again. This Market Survey does not commit the Government to immediately seek for the aforementioned services. Due date to submit require information is on Thursday January 31, 2007 at 2:30 p.m. (Puerto Rico_ Atlantic Time). All technical questions regarding this source sought must be submitted in writing via fax at (787) 781-8721 attention to the CO or e-mail at Rey.Clemente@med.va.gov. Verbal or telephone inquiries won't be accepted. Site visit appointments need to be requested in writing through the CO prior to schedule an appointment with Mr. Pedro Rosado-Gomez, Chief, Police Service/Delegated Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR) (07).
