- WJB Dorn Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), Columbia, South Carolina, is soliciting for pharmacy services, specifically filling an estimated 2508 prescriptions per year, for a facility or facilities that are located within a ten (10) mile radius of the Department of Veterans Affairs Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) located at 805 Pamplico Hwy, Florence, South Carolina 29505. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Period of contract will be 4/1/2007 - 3/31/2008, with four (4) one-year option periods. The NAICS code is 446110.
