- The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires a contractor to perform Real Estate Closing Services for sales of its single family properties (1-4 units) located in the State of Michigan. Volume is estimated at 3600 closings per year. Sales must be closed within a stipulated time-frame and prompt and accurate payment of all closing charges made. The contract will be for a one year base period and three additional contract periods. This solicitation is set aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification Code is 541191, Title Abstract and Settlement Offices with a size standard of $6.5 million dollars average annual receipts. The Request for Proposal will be available on or about 15 days after this notice is published in FedBizOpps. This notice and RFP will be posted on HUD's Internet Home Page at http://www.hud.gov/offices/cpo/contract.cfm. Potential offerors who download copies of the solicitation from HUD's Internet Site will not automatically receive any amendments to the solicitation.
