- SYNOPSIS: The project work site is the U.S. Coast Guard Training Center (TRACEN), Building numbers 254 & 255, Cape May, New Jersey (Cape May county). The project work includes but is not limited to removing and replacing twelve (12) existing doors, frames, and hardware with twelve (12) new doors, frames, and hardware. Period of Performance shall be 60 days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. This procurement is estimated BETWEEN $25,000.00 and $100,000.00 and is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business Firms. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238290 with a size standard of $13M. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered by the agency. All work shall be performed in accordance with USCG specifications, drawings, provisions, clauses and the terms and conditions of the contract which will be provided when all solicitation document files become available for download on or after 7 FEBRUARY 2007 exclusively from the Internet by accessing the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at: http://www.fbo.gov. If it does not appear on that date, please check back daily. The date set for receipt of offers is approximately 8 March 2007. These dates are estimated and may change.
