- The Western Area Power Administration, Upper Great Plains Region, Montana Maintenance has a requirement for janitorial services at our Havre, Montana facilities per the Performance Work Statement and RFQ. This requirement is 100% set aside for small business with an NAICS code of 561720. Responses may be mailed to the CO Holly Kittleson, Western Area Power Administration, P.O. A site visit is recommended as this is a new requirement where the service has not be performed in the past.
