- Unrestricted (No Set-Aside) Issue Date: 02/07/2007 Bid Opening: 03/08/2007 Solicitation No. IFB AG-94TZ-S-07-0014 NAICS CODE: 237990 FED Biz Notice: TONTO CREEK RECREATION SITE. Contractor shall construct improvements at the Tonto Creek Recreation Site. Construction includes surveying, removal of structures and obstructions, clearing, excavation and embankment, construction of a road and parking area and associated amenities, extension of drainage culverts, seeding, sign installation, furnishing and placing riprap and installation of Government-furnished pre-cast concrete toilet buildings. Project site is located on the Payson Ranger District of the Tonto National Forest, approximately 17 miles east of Payson, Arizona, off of Highway 260 and Forest Road 289. Contract time is 90 calendar days and work is expected to start April 1, 2007. Price range is between $150,000 and $300,000. Bid, performance and payment bonds are required. Solicitation will be posted/issued on FebBizOpps on or about 02/07/2007. Award will be made under the Small Business Demonstration Program.
