- Request for Proposal (RFP) for National Stock Number (NSN) 2840-01-185--792, RH070040100000, Seal, Air Aircraft. This is an Export Control Item TDP will only be released to Export Control certified requestors. Eligible requestors should submit TDP request via the following website: https://pcfl.bsm.dla.mil/cfolders/. If Export Control certification is required, request a DD form 2345. military critical technical data agreement, from defense logistics services center, www.dlis.dla.mil .The source listed in the AID for this item is United Technologies Corporation Pratt and Whitney Division Cage: 77445, 52661 P/N 4064668. Requirement is anticipated to be an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year and four (4) option years. The solicitation issue date is February 6, 2007 and the solicitation closing date is March 6, 2007. FOB: Destination; Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Pricing will be based on the estimated annual demand quantities of 360 each for the base year and 360 each for all option years. This solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis. Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals are unacceptable. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
