- BSM /0013046424. This is a Firm Fixed Quantity Contract for one NSN. This contract will consist of the following NSN: 1660-01-138-8623, Oxygen System, Portable, manufactured IAW with Carleton Technologies Inc, Cage 04577, Part Number 9320116-1. Source control applies with intended source Carleton Technologies Inc (Cage 04577). Configuration Control Applies. Critical Application Item. Life Support Item. Surge Requirements Do Not Apply. Quantity is 86 each. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and can not be furnished by the Government. Required delivery is 233 days ARO or best offer. FOB Destination. ORIGIN Inspection is required. Note 22 applies. Unrestricted, Automated Best Value System (ABVS): Other than full and open competition, more than one source. Any manufacturer other than the approved source wishing to submit a proposal must submit a complete source approval package. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
