- This is a sources sought synopsis. The items are being considered for the corporate contract SPM4A5-07-D-RR01 with Rolls-Royce Corporation. This is a is requirements-type contract with consists of only sole source items. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the items are not available and cannot be provided by the Government. However Qualification requirements have been established for these items. The items are managed by Defense Supply Center Richmond. To obtain a list of the items or if a company is interested in becoming an approved on any of the items please contact Jean T.
