This is solicited as Unrestricted and will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract under the provisions of FAR 13.5. The purchase request quantity is 2038 Cans. There will be no option for additional quantities. QPL applies. Unit can contains 5 Gallons. This is a Critical Application Item. This is not a Critical Safety Item per SAP interrogation 02 December 2006. See PID Data for tech data package availability information. If table A0648 is cited, the offeror is required to provide complete data package including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation. The material is in accordance with SPEC NR MIL-PRF-21260E. MSDS and OSHA hazardous warning label are required. QAP 103 applies. The solicitation does not contain progress payments. This is being solicited with FOB at Destination. The Inspection and Acceptance is at Destination. The required delivery is 30 days ARO. LTC for NSN is in the solicitation process as 12/01/2006.
