- This acquisition is for beverage base to be used in the new Unitized Group Ration Express (UGR-E) for delivery to DD Tracy, CA. The Government intends to buy these items overwrapped in a bag of 9. NSN: 8960-01-545-9635 and 8960-01-545-9639. Minimum quantity: 144,000 pouches or 16,000 bags of 9. Maximum quantity: 315,000 pouches or 35,000 bags of 9. Flavors shall be procured in equal quantities and assembled in a uniform distribution. The proposed acquisition is set-aside for small business.
