- The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP) is a Primary Level Field Activity (PLFA) and Inventory Control Point (ICP) of the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Department of Defense (DoD). DSCP intends to extend contract SP0500-04-D-0239, for a period not to exceed eight months from its terminal date while the new unrestricted initiative is pending. The contract will be extended from February 11, 2007 to October 11, 2007. The Hesco contract is an indefinite quantity contract for the supply of various items, collectively referred to as ?Concertainer Defense Walls? in support of the Army and Marines. Based on available data from the effective date of contract, the estimated value for the extension is $150,000,000. Hesco Bastion, Ltd. is the incumbent and will be retained for the extension based on the existing requirement to supply these items without interruption. POC: Lesley F.
