Description

Purchase of forty-one (41) existing relocatable buildings currently being leased; including eight (8) administrative buildings consisting of 36,040 square feet of space; twenty-four (24) barracks building consisting of 229,872 square feet of space; s ix (6) classroom buildings consisting of 26,412 square feet of space; two (2) headquarters building consisting of 12,648 square feet of space; and one (1) Dining facility building consisting of 25,500 square feet of space. The buildings are located at fou r (4) different locations on Fort Jackson, SC and were previously installed under prior relocatable contracts. The purchase of the relocatable buildings will be on or about March 2007. The Government intends to purchase the currently leased and presently expired leased buildings.
