- ACA Northern Region, Directorate of Contracting, Fort Lewis, Washington is soliciting proposals for a contractor to provide personnel, management, supervision, equipment, transportation, parts, materials, and other items and services required to per form appliance maintenance, repair, and installation services, and dryer vent system cleaning services at Fort Lewis, Washington. A complete performance work statement will be included in the solicitation. The solicitation will result in the award to a s ingle contractor of a requirements contract. The anticipated period of performance is 1 April 2007 through 31 March 2008 for a base year plus four one-year option periods. This procurement is unrestricted. The Request for Proposal (RFP) number is W911S8 -07-R-0008. The applicable NAICS code is 811412 and the small business size standard is $ 6.5m. Telephonic requests for the solicitation will not be honored. When issued, the solicitation will be available via the Fed Biz Opps website, http://www.fbo.gov/ and the Army Single Face to Industry (AFSI) website, https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi . The solicitation will also be posted on the Fort Lewis Directorate of Contracting website, http://www.lewis.army.mil/doc/, under Solicitations.
