- The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Quantam Analytics, 363 Vintage Park Drive, Foster City CA 94404-1135. The contractor shall prov ide a nanoliter droplet dispensing system. This is a proprietary item. The system will meet all of the requirements of a nanoplotter for Aberdeen Test Center. The North American Industry Classification Sytem (NAICS)for this requirement is 334513 and the size standard is 100 employees. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 12:00 noon, Eastern Standard Time, January 25th, 2007. This notice o f intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers.
