- The VISN 9 Acquisition Service Center will issue VA-249-07-RQ-0102 under the Commercial Test Program for a contractor to provide transtelephonic arrhythmia monitoring service as requested by the VA Medical Center, Huntington, WV. The anticipated period of performance will be 2-1-07 through 1-31-08 with one optional renewal period of one year. The NAICS Code is 621999 with a small business size of $9 million. Electronic solicitation will be available for download on or about 1-23-07. Any amendments issued will be available for download at the same site and it is the responsibility of the contractor to obtain any amendments issued.
