- GSA is issuing a Special Order Program (SOP) solicitation on or about October 23, 2003, electronically only. The requirement is for Rehabilitation, Reconditioning and Refinishing of Wood and Upholstered Furniture of the GSA Personal Property Center, Springfield, VA. This procurement is a competitive 100% small business set-aside. Interested parties may access the solicitation at http://www.fedbizops.gov. This site provides instructions for downloading the solicitation files. Search using Solicitation Number 3FNH-A4-040001-N (include the dashes). This SOP solicitation will issue on or about October 23, 2003, with a definite closing date for receipt of offers 30 days after issuance. All responsible sources may submit an offer. The contract period will begin on the December 1, 2003 (or date of award, whichever is later) through November 30, 2004, with four (4) one-year options. Contract will be requirements type contract with no guaranteed minimum. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The SOP solicitation includes clauses, which must be completed and returned by all offerors. The solicitation is available on the Internet at http://www.fedbizops.gov as an Acrobat document. Interested parties who are unable to access the solicitation via the Internet may fax a request to 703-305-6290 or mail the request to the address above. TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
