- The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with The Richards Corporation for repair modification, maintenance, spare parts, and engineering services for continued operation of Richards HF04 light tables. These light tables are unique special instruments used for Intelligence Imagery requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of this Government.
