- Description
- The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) requires literacy-based instructional materials for its FLES (Foreign Language Elementary Schools) Spanish K-5 program. This requirement is being solicited in accordance with FAR part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. The solicitation number is HE1254-07-R-1004 and is issued as a Request for Proposal. The solicitation will be published on or about January 22, 2007. The Period of Performance for this requirement will be a 12 month base period from the date of contract award with four 12 month option periods. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Interested parties should ensure that their information in the Central Contractor Registration, http://www.ccr.gov/ is accurate and current. This requirement is unrestricted.
