- THIS IS THE PRESOLICITATION AND SOLICITATION NOTICE PUBLISHED AT THE SAME TIME. **PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS AND THE ENTIRE SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS CAREFULLY** THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE TERM CONTRACT (TC). AS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE THE SMALL BUSINESS AWARDED THE CONTRACT MUST MEET THE SIZE AND FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR A SMALL BUSINESS AS SET FORTH BY THE SBA AND CLAUSES IN THIS CONTRACT. THIS SOLICITATION IS BEING SOLICITED UNDER A WAIVER TO THE NON-MANUFACTURER RULE ISSUED BY THE SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION. THEREFORE, A SMALL BUSINESS MAY OFFER AN ITEM THAT IS NOT MANUFACTURED BY THEM OR ANOTHER SMALL BUSINESS MANUFACTURER WHO MANUFACTURES THIS PRODUCT IN THE UNITED STATES. OFFERORS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE DIRECT DELIVERY PRICING FOR DIRECT DELIVERY TO DESTINATIONS INSIDE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES. This is a Term Contract (TC) purchase. FOB destination only. Variance in quantity is +/- 3%. N3 depot is Burlington, NJ 08016. S3 depot is French Camp, CA 95231. Please confirm in writing the COUNTRY OF ORIGIN AND PART NUMBER for each product offered. The ITEM OFFERED MUST BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE IPD INCLUDED IN THIS SOLICITATION. No substitutions will be accepted.
