- Description
- Naval Medical Logistics Command has a requirement for comprehensive pediatric intensivist services in the Pediatrics Department located at Naval Medical Center, San Diego, CA. The successful Offeror shall normally provide services on-site Monday through Friday between the hours of 0700 and 1700 for a 9-hour period, excluding federally observed holidays. On-call rotation is assumed with other providers. For weekends and federally observed holidays, the HCW shall normally provide services on-site between 0730 and 1000. The contract resulting from the anticipated solicitation will be for a base period of 14 weeks with four option periods of 14 weeks each with 10 one week optional periods provided for each year until 30 September 2012. Award will be made to one Contractor on a firm fixed price contract. Services are required for the base period of 1 Feb 2008 through 30 September 2008. Offerors shall be required to provide documentation/information that they meet all qualifications to perform the required services and have the technical experience to do so. The applicable SIC code is 8062. The NAICS code is 622110. The solicitation will be available on the NMLC home page at http://www.nmlc.med.navy.mil on or about 22 February 2007 and will remain open until 60 days after date of issue.
