Description

The USACE, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) proposes to issue a sole source award to GFI, Incorporated, 1667 Highway 206 E., Harrison, AR 72601 for a Three (3) Modified FRP (2-Panel) Kit which one kit will consist of traditionally cons tructed FRP mat, but will be built in a 2-panel arrangement. This kit will use a traditional full panel with a modified half panel that will be capable of connection to any side of the full panel. The kit will also utilize half and whole anchor panel, to allow the transition from an underlap, connection pin bottom piece strip, to a plain, anchor bolt bushing strip. Each Kit should include: (7) Full Panels; (6) Half panels; (2)Full Anchor Panels; (2) Half Anchor Panels; (60) Anchor Bolt Bushings (Minimu m); (152) Connection Pin Bottom Pieces (Minimum); (170) Connection Pin Top Pieces (Minimum). A firm-fixed price award will be made utilizing the Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Any other responsible source able to provide the (3) Modified FRP (2-Pa nel) Kits are encouraged to respond to this announcement within 7 days after its publication. This is not a request for quotations and there is no solicitation available at this time. Drawings are available upon request.
