Contractors may view and/or download this solicitation and all amendments from the Internet aft er solicitation issuance. Description of work: An Indefinite Delivery, Multi-Task Construction and Design/Build Construction contract for repairs, additions, and alterations to buildings, roads, drainage systems and utility systems; and new construction of buildings, roads, drainag e systems and utility systems construction tasks. This contract will include Time and Material (T&M) construction provisions. The services required by this contract will be primarily provided for facilities at throughout Georgia. Work may be performed pr imarily in Georgia, but may also be located at Federal facilities located within the geographic boundaries of the Army Corps of Engineers, South Atlantic Division. The task orders issued under these contracts will be Firm Fixed Price Construction, T&M Con struction, Firm Fixed Price Design/Build, or T&M Design/Build. The contract shall be for a period of five years and shall not exceed $50 million. This project will be solicited competitively to 8(a) eligible firms pursuant to FAR 19.805 and procured using a best value Performance Price Trade-off Request for Proposals (RFP) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15.101-1. The c ontract will be Firm Fixed Price. THIS PROJECT IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR 8(a) CERTIFIED FIRMS NATIONWIDE WHICH HAVE 236220 AMONG THEIR APPROVED NAICS CODES. Offerors are required to submit a price and technical proposal. Each proposal shall contain the offer or?s best technical proposal and best price. The estimated magnitude of this IDC is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000. This solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and will be available on or about 1 February 2007 on the Internet at http s://www.fedteds.gov/ . Notification of amendments will be through use of the Internet. No additional media (CD-ROM, floppy disks, faxes, etc.) will be provided. It is the Offeror?s responsibility to check the Internet address provided as necessary for a ny posted changes to this solicitation and all amendments.
