- The U.S. Army Engineer District, New Orleans, has a requirement for subsistence and general dry-goods deliveries to support the U S Dredge Wheeler in the general area of operations extending from Lake Charles/Cameron, LA to Pensacola, FL with the maj ority of deliveries to be in the New Orleans/Venice, LA area. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 424410 and the business size standard is 500 employees. This solicitation is 100% set aside for Small Businesses. The requirement is being procured as an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quality (ID/IQ) contract with a base plus 4 years option. This is a best value procurement action. The significant evaluation factors are Quality, Delivery, Cost/Price, and Past Perfo rmance. Solicitation number W912P8-07-R-0051 will be available on or about 17 January 2007.
