- Pre-solicitation Notice W9127S-07-T-0032: This solicitation is set-aside for small business under North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 561730 (Landscaping). The small business size standard is $6.5 million. FedBizOpps Numbe red note 1 applies. The solicitation is for a commercial performance based service contract to provide mowing and trimming services in parks/areas in the Pine Bluff Project Office area. The proposed contract will be issued for a base period of March 2007 through February 29, 2008 and two annual option periods. Solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) ultilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures and award will be made to the lowest priced responsible offeror. This solicitation will be iss ued via Internet only on or about January 29, 2007. Notification of amendments shall be made via Internet only, as well. It is therefore the contractors responsibility to check the following address daily for any posted changes to this solicitation. Fo r security reasons, all technical and engineering data related to this solicitation will be distributed using the Federal Technical Data Solutions (FedTeDS) system. FedTeDS is a web- based dissemination tool designed to safeguard acquisition-related infor mation for all Federal agencies. Interested bidders must register with FedTeDS before accessing the system. Registration instructions can be found on the FedTeDS website (https://www.fedteds.gov) by clicking on the Register with FedTeDS hyperlink.
