Description

The United States Army Communications-Electronic Life Cycle Management Command (C-E LCMC) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price type contract on sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, to Spectrum Signal Proce ssing Inc, Columbia, MD. The effort is to procure hardware, software, training and maintenance of the Soft Defined Radio (SDR) platform. The period of performance for this contract will be 12 months. A Solicitation number W15P7T-07-R-P015 has been assign ed to this effort and should be referenced. Solicitation will be posted to Army Single Face to Industry Page (ASFI) at https://abop.monmouth.army.mil for fifteen (15) days after this notice is posted. All parties interested in doing business with CE-LCMC a re invited to access, operate and send and receive information from the ASFI. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the Governments discretion. There will be no formal Request for Proposal (RFPs), or other information regarding these requirements.
