Estimated issue date is 5 FEB 2007. **NOTE** This item is source controlled to The Gates Corporation. Suppliers must purchase this item from the approved source. This solicitation will be issued el ectronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided.
