- Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to install gravel pad at FOB Freedom and install gravel pads and drainage ditch at FOB Liberty at Fort McCoy no later then 60 days after receipt of notice to proceed in accorda nce with the specifications. The proposed procurement is unrestricted under NAICS 238910 with a corresponding small business size standard of 13 million.. This procurement will be solicited in accordance with Sealed Bidding of FAR Part 14. The IFB will b e available electronically at http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about 9 February 2007 and will be due on 13 March 2007. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $500,000.
