- Charleston AFB intends to award a sole source purchase order to All Terrain Vehicle Corporation for Prowler II Internally Transportable/Light Tactical All Terrain Vehicle. Model number RTV-PWLR-02-1R. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a), full and open competition need not be provided when there is Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supply or Service Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. North American Industrial Classification Standard, 336999, Size Standard of 500 employees applies to this procurement. The following clause applies to this solicitation: FAR 52.232-33 ? Payment by Electronic funds Transfer ? Central Contractor Registration. Vendors must be actively registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov .
