- Description
- The Aberdeen Area Office is currently seeking potential bidders for a Firm-fixed Price Personal Service Purchase Order for a Contract Pharmacist for the Wanblee Health Center, Wanblee, South Dakota. Period of Performance will be from the date of award through April 30, 2007 or 608 hours, which ever comes first. Contractor is not required to work on Federal Holidays but is required to work on the first Thursday of each month to perform restocking/narcotic inventory and re-stock crash cart located in the outpatient area. Services will be performed as outlined in Statement of Work. The quoted ?Unit Price? must be an all inclusive price. This price must include the cost of all Travel, Lodging, Per-Diem, Fringe benefits, social security, all Federal, State, and Local Taxes, plus all other costs pertinent to the performance of this contract. Contractor must perform in accordance with section 231 of the Cime Control Act of 1990, P.L. 101-630. In addition, the contractor must comply with these statutes or it may result in termination of this contract. Contractors? agreement is hereby incorporated by reference as a part of this agreement and the purchase order. In the event of a conflict between any Terms, Regulations, Clauses, and Federal Laws and Statutes will prevail. The government reserves the right to accept or reject services if the level of performance is unsatisfactory. This is a Small Business Set-Aside. The package will be made available approximately fifteen (15)days AFTER the date of this publication which will be February 4, 2007. The closing date of this RFQ is February 19, 2007.
