- US Forest Service, Allegheny National Forest, Marienville and Bradford Road Grading. Elk, McKean, Forest, and Warren counties, PA. The contract will be to provide all equipment, labor, materials, tools, and other incidentals necessary to perform the required road maintenance on designated National Forest roads. The work consists of routine maintenance activities normally associated with gravel and native-surfaced roads, culvert cleaning, and sign maintenance. This contract will include a base year with 4 option years. Award will be made to two bidders. Contracts resulting from this solicitation will not exceed $1,000,000. Solicitation materials will be uploaded on or about February 7, 2007.
