Description

Copies of the RFP will be available on DSCC DIBBS website: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on or after February 5, 2007. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. Proposed procurement is for a 5 year long-term contract (base yr. plus 5 option years). Option year pricing will be adjusted using Economic Price Adjustment. Options are for Increased Quantity for 3 code and part numbered items. NSNs are 5935-01-334-3017, 5985-01-235-5118 and 5985-01-333-2621. NSN: 5985-01-235-5118 requires contractors to have access to classified data. The level of security clearance and document safeguarding/storage facility clearance are both SECRET. Solicitation is Unrestricted and Other Than Full and Open Competition. Only approved sources are acceptable. This is an unrestricted procurement for stock replenishment. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award may be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, Various increments will be solicited. Destinations may include any of the DSCC stock locations. FOB destination will apply. Delivery schedule varies depending on the item.
