- RFP GS05P07SNC0002 is for Mechanical Operations and Maintenance Services at the Potter Stewart U.S. Courthouse, 100 E. Fifth Street, Cincinnati, OH and the John Weld Peck Federal Building, 550 Main Street, Cincinnati, OH. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, repair parts, tools, and equipment including inspection and maintenance of all fire protection systems, and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and ensure effective and economical completion of all work and services specified. This is a performance-based contract. It is anticipated that the contract period will consist of a 5- year base period with 5 one-year options. The estimated start date is August 1, 2007. This is a negotiated procurement and is open to all business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220 with a small business size standard of $13.0 million. The solicitation will be available on or about February 1, 2007. The solicitation cited above can only be obtained by accessing a secure website known as the Federal Technical Data Solution (FedTeDS). FedTeDS is a secure website designed to safeguard sensitive but unclassified (SBU) acquisition information. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and monitoring the website for amendments (if any) to the solicitation.
