- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to award, on a sole source basis, both Cost Plus Fixed Fee and Firm Fixed Price delivery orders under BOA N00019-03-G-0014 to Lockheed Martin Systems Integration (LMSI), 1801 State Route 17C, Owego, NY 13827-3996. These orders will include technical support for the Cockpit Procedures Trainer (CPT), Aircraft Operational Equipment (AOE) to support the VH-71 System Integration Lab and Trainers, and trade studies for the ARINC-610B, Cockpit Display Development System and Software Architecture Modifications. LMSI is the sole designer and developer of the VH-71 system and as such, is the only responsible source possessing the unique technical capabilities and specialized experience to perform the required efforts. - Numbered Note 22 applies.
