Description

The above referenced solicitation is hereby amended to change this requirement from full and open competition to 100% small business set-aside, and add a clause to the solicitation. The due date for quotations, January 12, 2007 at 3:00 PM Local Time, remains unchanged. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 325120 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This acquisition is 100 percent set-aside for small business pursuant to a class waiver of the Non-Manufacturer Rule issued by the Small Business Administration. The following subparagraph is hereby incorporated in FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items: 5. 52.219-6 Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside with Alternate I.
