- Description
- The AMC Specialized Contracting Branch, HQ AMC/A7KQD, intends to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement pursuant to the terms of the BPA holder's GSA Federal Supply Schedule (FSS). The contractor is to provide online hosting and delivery of training products for the Air Force IT E-Learning program. The Air Force mandates that its personnel are properly trained and certified to operate and maintain information systems. The purpose of the Air Force IT E-Learning program is to provide interactive, self-paced, web-based training and reference material in support of Air Force Information Technology training requirements. This system will provide service up to, but not exceeding 800,000 global users requiring training. The system will host vendor provided, Air Force developed, and third-party training products and will provide a reporting mechanism that will facilitate the certification process used by supervisors and other authorized personnel to ensure individuals are properly trained in their functional duties. All deliverables must be in compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1998. This document is designed to cover the current and future requirements of the Information Technology (IT) community within the Air Force. A Firm Fixed Price Blanket Purchasing Agreement will be issued on or about 01 Mar 2007. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 611420. All contractors must provide their business size and GSA Schedule Number. The Request for Quotation letter, and Performance Work Statement, Quote Evaluation Criteria, RFQ Information Sheet, Past Performance Questionnaire, DRAFT BPA with Sample CLIN Structure and Performance Plan will be posted subsequently.
